Privacy Policy

Last updated: setembro 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Guide Baby World (“BabyCareGuide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit this website, use interactive tools, join community features, subscribe to communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information processed through BabyCareGuide. It does not control the independent privacy practices of advertisers, affiliate merchants, social networks, payment providers, embedded services, or other third parties. Their own policies govern their processing.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, account information, messages sent through contact forms, newsletter preferences, community posts and replies, profile information, survey responses, or other content you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically

Depending on the services enabled on the site, we and our service providers may receive device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, timestamps, interactions, advertising identifiers, cookie or similar-technology identifiers, and diagnostic data used for security, analytics, performance, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement.

Interactive tool inputs

Pregnancy, ovulation, conception, weight, and similar tools may ask for dates or measurements so they can return a result in your browser. The theme is designed so these calculators can operate locally in the browser without sending the entered values to BabyCareGuide. If future tools store or transmit additional data, this policy should be updated before those features are launched.

3. How we may use information

We may use information to operate and secure the site; provide requested features; respond to messages; manage accounts and community moderation; send communications a user requests; understand site performance and readership; improve content and tools; prevent abuse; comply with law; maintain records; enforce site rules; and support advertising, affiliate attribution, or other disclosed business operations.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

BabyCareGuide may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, or comparable technologies. These can support essential functions, preferences, measurement, analytics, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and advertising.

If Google AdSense or other Google advertising services are enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to BabyCareGuide or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize or measure advertising. Visitors can review or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional third-party advertising vendors may provide their own opt-out controls.

Google explains how it processes information from sites and apps that use its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Where required by law or advertising-platform rules, BabyCareGuide uses a consent-management mechanism to present choices before advertising or analytics technologies are activated.

5. Affiliate links and commerce

Some links may be affiliate links. If a visitor follows one and completes a qualifying purchase or action, BabyCareGuide may receive a commission. Affiliate merchants can collect information under their own privacy terms. We do not receive a merchant’s full payment-card data merely because a visitor used an affiliate link.

6. Community and public content

Community posts, comments, display names, and other information intentionally posted in public areas can be visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. Do not publish medical records, home addresses, financial account information, children’s identifying documents, or other sensitive information that you do not want made public.

7. Email communications

If you subscribe to a newsletter, we may use the information you provide to deliver it and measure engagement. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when necessary to operate an account or respond to a request.

8. Data sharing

We may disclose information to vendors that help host, secure, analyze, email, moderate, advertise, or operate the service; to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or with your direction or consent. We do not describe personal information as “sold” unless that description accurately reflects our practices and the definition that applies under relevant law.

9. Data retention

Retention depends on why the data was collected, the sensitivity of the information, legal and accounting obligations, security needs, community integrity, and the capabilities of the services we use. We should not retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the documented purpose unless law or legitimate operational needs require otherwise.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a publishing website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should choose strong passwords, avoid reusing credentials, and refrain from sending highly sensitive medical or financial information through ordinary contact or community forms.

11. Children

BabyCareGuide is directed to adults and caregivers, not to children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly design the service to solicit personal information directly from young children. If you believe a child submitted personal information improperly, contact us so we can evaluate an appropriate response.

12. U.S. state and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain disclosures; to opt out of some forms of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as defined by law; or to appeal a privacy decision. Rights and exceptions vary. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Submit privacy requests through our Contact page or email henriqueguedes.me@gmail.com. Where applicable, BabyCareGuide provides additional regional privacy notices, opt-out mechanisms, or authorized-agent processes required by law.

13. International visitors

If BabyCareGuide is accessed outside the country where it is operated, information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules. The operator is responsible for implementing transfer mechanisms, consent flows, or regional notices required by the actual services and markets used.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or site operations. The “Last updated” date should be revised when material changes are published.
